Ruanda enfrenta atualmente desafios na participação das partes interessadas no planejamento e na concepção do projeto rural do PNUD em Ruanda. Muitas partes interessadas, incluindo o governo, empresas privadas, agências doadoras internacionais e a sociedade civil, propuseram intervenções para responder ao desafio de combater esta situação.
