Bill Worrell calls himself "a recovering art professor" yet he is author of four books, the creator of innumerable paintings, sculptures and jewelry. How does he do it? He explains in this book that during his fully active life as a creator, he had more than 100 one-man shows. The author is in fact larger than his art and Outside The Lines encompasses a unique universe of ideas, philosophies, sentiments and thoughts about the process of making and selling art. Worrell is a great storyteller who has appeared on NBC Today Show, the Nashville Network and others. His sculpture, "The Maker of Peace" graces the entrance of the Texas Seminole Canyon State Park. In addition to his phenomenal success as an artist, Worrell is an accomplished songwriter whose compositions have been performed at Carneigie Hall. This book is a must for anyone bold enough to become an artist.
