Since my early teens, I have quietly wrestled with depression, self-doubt, and self-harm-silent battles that have profoundly shaped the person I’ve become. Each setback became a lesson in endurance. I learned to listen deeply-to myself and to others-and found that empathy could be a powerful bridge between pain and healing. Over time, I began to open up, and in doing so, I realised that vulnerability could be a source of connection rather than shame.My story is not unique, but it is real.
