This group of second grade students worked throughout the school year to learn the different parts of the writing process. In getting the opportunity to publish our very own class book, we have been able to better understand how everything works together. In each story, students compared and contrasted themselves to a friend. They also had the opportunity to write multiple paragraphs and focus on using vivid words in their writing.
