Orlando Furioso is an epic poem by the Italian Renaissance writer Lodovico Ariosto. Originally published in 1516, the poem tells the story of the knight Orlando and his love for the beautiful Angelica, as well as the many battles and adventures he experiences along the way. This edition, published in 1799, is the third volume of the poem and includes a continuation of the story from where the second volume left off. The book is written in Italian and includes detailed descriptions of characters, settings, and events, as well as intricate and poetic language. It is considered a masterpiece of Italian literature and a significant work of the Renaissance period.In Five Volumes.This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
