The work carried out during the investigation by means of an urgent act by the Prosecutor’s Office and personnel of the specialized integral system of investigation, forensic medicine and forensic sciences, gives beginning to the I.F. N° 170101823122214 and thus generating the Case N° 17721202300077G, which was developed in the month of December 2023, evidencing the influence of corruption in the operators of justice, public and private officials, thus affecting the Ecuadorian legal system by organized crime, benefiting from the influence of their high positions and functions, who directed certain favorability to procedural resources, helping to evade justice to members of this criminal group, considering that the initial source of relevant analysis was the content of mobile devices belonging to the leader of the criminal organization identified as 'the boss', leaving as a result of the operation at the beginning of the procedural phase, the arrest of several public and private officials, including senior authorities of the judicial system, politicians, judges, prosecutors, lawyers in free practice and police personnel.
