Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2005 im Fachbereich Psychologie - Arbeit, Betrieb, Organisation und Wirtschaft, Note: 2,0, Universität Bremen, Veranstaltung: Entgrenzung und Subjektivierung von Arbeit VAK: 11-4302, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: In Zeiten von Neuorientierung und Umstrukturierung an veränderte lokale und globale Erfordernisse, kann die Psychologie Raum bieten um einen produktiven und notwendigen Reflexionsprozess anzubieten, um unvermeidliche Probleme sinnvoll anzugehen. Exemplarisch werden in dieser Arbeit daher zwei Texte behandelt, welche sich thematisch nahe stehen. Beide behandeln die Probleme, welche auftreten können, wenn Organisationen und/oder Unternehmen sich in einer Umbruchphase, also einer Zeit struktureller Veränderung befinden. Es handelt sich hierbei zum einen um eine Abhandlung von Hans-Jörg Becker, der sich beim Thema „Angst und Wandel in Organisationen' um eine psychoanalytische Sicht besagter Phänomen bemüht und sich dabei in der Rolle eines Supervisors befindet. Zum zweiten wird ein Artikel der Autoren Hirschhorn & Gilmore dargestellt, welche sich unter dem Titel „Die Grenzen der flexiblen Organisation' mit den Komplikationen auseinandersetzen, die auftreten können, wenn Hierarchien in Organisationen abflachen oder gar auflösen. Zunächst seien dazu zunächst die einzelnen Texte für sich präsentiert und in einem kurzen abschließenden Fazit zusammen gefasst.
