Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Es werden die möglichen Zusammenhänge zwischen den Dimensionen Organisationaler Gerechtigkeit und individuellem innovativen Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz untersucht. 127 Teilnehmer, die in Organisationen arbeiteten, welche standardisierte Leistungsbeurteilungsgespräche einsetzen, beantworteten eine deutschsprachige Übersetzung des Fragebogens von Colquitt (2001) zur Messung Organisationaler Gerechtigkeit bei Beurteilungsgesprächen. Zusätzlich wurde individuelles innovatives Verhalten sowie mehrere Kontrollvariablen mittels bereits validierten Skalen und einigen eigenentwickelten Fragen operationalisiert. Die Ergebnisse wiesen darauf hin, dass Interpersonale und Prozedurale Gerechtigkeit in einem negativen Zusammenhang mit der Beteiligung am offiziellen Vorschlagswesen stehen, wobei Leader-Member Exchange Quality einen Mediationseffekt auf diese Zusammenhänge ausübt. Gleichzeitig fand sich ein positiver Zusammenhang zwischen Verteilungs-Gerechtigkeit und dem Einbringen von inoffiziellen Verbesserungsvorschlägen am direkten Arbeitsplatz. Kontrollvariablen wie Eigeninitiative, Bedürfnis nach persönlicher Entfaltung, Ideen haben, und intrinsische Arbeitsmotivation stehen, wie aus Innovationstheorien ableitbar, generell in positivem Zusammenhang zu Aspekten individuellem innovativen Verhaltens. Die praktischen und theoretischen Implikationen dieser Befunde für Gerechtigkeits- und Innovationstheorien werden diskutiert.
