Order To Stop The Investigation Of Death In Coal Mining Employees In The Capital City Of The Nusantara Republic Of Indonesia. Discusses the agreement on the settlement of criminal acts in the perspective of criminal law. The author analyzes the settlement of criminal acts and the implications of their use outside the criminal law system. And analysis is presented regarding the perception of reasons for eliminating legal responsibility for the loss of human souls with the qualifications of culpa lata (bewuste schuld) and dolus eventualis, from a social perspective, from the victim’s side, to law enforcement. The author analyzes related procedures and corporate responsibility in stopping investigations into cases of victims of death, especially in the case of mining pits.
