En este trabajo exploramos las diferentes aproximaciones para construir un algoritmo capaz de generar una solución factible en cuestión de minutos u horas. Entendiendo paso a paso la complejidad algorítmica de un esquema Hybrid Flow Shop, su riqueza matemática y combinatoria, y las diferentes aproximaciones y formas de codificar el problema en lenguaje matemático. Profundizando en técnicas como la programación entera mixta, algoritmos genéticos, búsqueda local y algoritmos constructivistas, aplicadas a un problema de optimización con múltiples objetivos.
