Two immoral means to such immoral ends are Repetitive Lies so voters believe lies are truth and truth is a lie. Trump and Satanic tools repetitively told 20,000+ lies; and Hitler-Nixon Type Machiavellian Divide and Conquer Wedge Issue Cons to stimulate racial, religious, gender and cultural bias, prejudice and hatred. So uneducated and lied to Caucasians vote Republican and thus against their own Freedoms, Rights, economic, family and social interests. Republicans are Reverse Robin Hoods who take away Federal Funding from the poor, middle class and give those funds to the Rich via tax cuts, subsidies and tax deductions.
