On Life is a collection of poems and writings about one life and about all life. It captures memories of the life of a young lad from North Devon who never really grew up but simply went from one adventure to the next, travelling the world and seeing the light and the deep shadows that surround us. Many of the poems were written in times of emotional turmoil to try to make sense of those ’shadows’ and understand the meaning and purpose of our lives. Many of them reflect a deep spiritual impulse and the insights gained on the mystical path that the author has walked for the last 30 years.
