C’est l’ère du Renouveau de la politique gabonaise actée par la théorie politique l’oliguisme. Christian Dior MOULOUNGUI, loin de paraître superfétatoire, forge un concept nouveau l’oliguisme. Ce concept ouvre les perspectives inédites sur la politique gabonaise. L’oliguisme est une théorie politique immensément révélatrice et restauratrice d’une volonté politique de refondation du contrat social gabonais. Il prône, entre autres, le retour aux valeurs républicaines, et la logique d’un continuum du changement vers la félicité.
