Głównym celem projektu badawczego „Olhares Sonhadores' było stworzenie wspólnego dzieła artystycznego w formie audiowizualnej we współpracy z grupą dzieci z dzielnicy i szkoły EB1/JI w São Tomé w Porto, z myślą o realizacji webdokumentu. Dzięki metodologii rozwoju i przyswajania filmowego dzieci wykorzystały różne środki audiowizualne, aby komunikować się, przedstawiać siebie i wyrażać się zbiorowo na temat kontekstów, w których funkcjonują. Opanowanie technicznych środków audiowizualnych i rozwój umiejętności ich obsługi odbywały się podczas artystycznych sesji współpracy, których celem było przekazywanie wiedzy w nieformalny i pozalekcyjny sposób. W tym sensie grupa stworzyła fragmentaryczne treści dokumentalne, które przyczyniły się do powstania i strukturyzacji webdokumentu „Olhares Sonhadores' (Marzycielskie spojrzenia).
