Oh My God! describes God and the Divine System in the words of those who experienced the Divine. Elaborating in great detail how we are all here as part of the Magnificent Divine Play and to live life to the fullest and with a purpose, this book addresses various questions that arise in our minds about God and the Divine system. The book eloquently explains that we need to live our life in awareness of the Divine not only for peace and harmony in this world but also to go back to the Divine victorious after we are done playing our role in the Divine Play in this life. The descriptions of the Divine presented in the book are by people of different faiths and social classes in India and are recorded in the scripture of the Sikh religion. In addition to affirming that nobody is high/low based on birth, a key tenet of the scripture is that whoever has a longing to explore and connect with the Divine can do so regardless of the religion they are following. Hence it places no emphasis on religious conversion.Focusing on revelations of prophets of all major religions that there is only One God for all of us -our God, the book challenges the readers to explore how hatred and enmity among followers of various religions originated and why it still persists. The book points to the coalescing of interests of religious establishments and the power-hungry rulers who want to use religion as a means to acquire and retain power as the culprit, and exhorts us to reclaim our prophets’ fundamental messages about the Divine to promote harmony and peace in the world.
