Choroba Behçeta jest częstą chorobą w Tunezji, potencjalnie poważną i potencjalnie zagrażającą życiu, jak również wzrokowi. Objawy okulistyczne podczas choroby Behçeta są zróżnicowane, dotykają głównie osób młodych, a rzadko osób starszych. Niewiele badań koncentrowało się na specyfice uszkodzeń oczu podczas MB u osób starszych, stąd zainteresowanie tą pracą. Celem pracy było zbadanie epidemiologicznej, klinicznej, ewolucyjnej i terapeutycznej charakterystyki objawów ocznych w okresie choroby Behçeta u osoby starszej.Przeprowadziliśmy retrospektywne badanie 38 oczu 21 pacjentów oculo-Behçet na przestrzeni 7 lat. Dla każdego pacjenta odnotowano cechy epidemiologiczne, kliniczne, parakliniczne i terapeutyczne.
