Atualmente, a República Democrática do Congo é vítima de corrupção que está a impedir o seu desenvolvimento sustentável devido a uma combinação de fraquezas institucionais, baixos padrões éticos, incentivos distorcidos e aplicação inadequada da lei. Osactos de corrupção criam vantagens ilícitas para uma pessoa ou um pequeno grupo, permitindo-lhes contornar as regras destinadas a garantir a imparcialidade e a eficiência. Esta situação conduz a resultados injustos, ineficazes e inúteis. O pequeno grupo que infringe as regras recebe recompensas ilícitas à custa do Povo Congolês Soberano no seu conjunto. Esta situação é demasiado embaraçosa para permitir que continue, porque há soluções para combater o veneno da corrupção e expulsá-lo do nosso querido e belo país. O meu presente livro tenta propor algumas soluções anti-corrupção e é dedicado à nossa Pátria, a República Democrática do Congo.
