A garantia das liberdades é um facto inegável no mundo cada vez mais democrático de hoje. De facto, hoje em dia, dificilmente as violações dos direitos e liberdades das pessoas são perpetradas em qualquer lugar sem que sejam criados mecanismos de denúncia. De facto, são já vários os mecanismos criados para garantir os direitos e as liberdades das pessoas, incluindo os mecanismos jurisdicionais. Esta realidade, que é percetível na maior parte das regiões do mundo, não é desconhecida da CEMAC. Este facto justifica o estudo sobre 'O juiz comunitário e a garantia das liberdades na zona CEMAC'. Para realizar este estudo, colocámo-nos a seguinte questão: quais são os mecanismos postos em prática pelo juiz comunitário para garantir as liberdades na zona CEMAC? Para dar uma resposta antecipada a esta questão, verificou-se que o juiz comunitário da CEMAC participa na garantia das liberdades das populações da CEMAC exclusivamente através de mecanismos judiciais.
