O objetivo do estudo é examinar o efeito da estratégia de gestão da relação com o cliente na satisfação dos estudantes em colégios privados na cidade de Hawassa. O estudo utilizou um modelo de investigação sequencial explicativo com uma abordagem de investigação mista. O estudo utilizou dados primários e secundários que foram recolhidos através de um questionário estruturado e de uma entrevista com informadores-chave. O estudo envolveu um total de 362 estudantes de colégios privados e oito informadores-chave, utilizando um processo de amostragem em várias fases. Foram utilizados métodos de análise de dados quantitativos e qualitativos. Os resultados do estudo revelaram que os estudantes estão satisfeitos com os serviços prestados pelos colégios privados na administração da cidade.
