I’ve witnessed many aspects of nursing, the good, bad and ugly. I’ve found most nurses, aides and physical therapist to be compassionate but overworked. I wanted to create a tool to Revive, Empower and Motivate this next generation to embrace this profession and give it the energy needed for the service required.Nursing requires a lot of skill and compassion, care/compassion being the operative word because it is part of the healing process.
