«Noticiário da Vida de José dos Passos» é o primeiro romance escrito pelo autor de «Três Dias em Fevereiro» (Guerra e Paz, Menção Honrosa do Prémio de Revelação Literário da UCCLA/CML em 2022) e venceu, em 2017, o Prémio Literário Campos Monteiro, atribuído pela Câmara Municipal de Torre de Moncorvo. Segundo o autor, trata-se de uma homenagem aos martirizados negros do Brasil e de Angola, um cântico à fusão racial, base da civilização humana, um louvor a Vila Real e uma exaltação à sua aldeia, Vila Nova.
