L’assurance qualité des logiciels est l’un des défis auxquels sont confrontées les entreprises informatiques sur le marché. Au sens large, cette assurance qualité implique l’évaluation des méthodes, des processus, des progiciels et des outils utilisés dans le processus de développement du cycle de vie d’un logiciel. Afin d’organiser les questions liées à la qualité de ces progiciels, l’ABNT a publié la norme NBR ISO/IEC 12119, qui définit ses exigences en matière de qualité. Plusieurs auteurs et études indiquent que seul un petit nombre d’entreprises brésiliennes utilisent correctement la norme NBR ISO/IEC 12119 pour évaluer ces progiciels. Cette thèse propose une méthodologie d’évaluation des progiciels basée sur la norme NBR. Afin de la valider, une évaluation des progiciels Lotus Notes et MS-Exchange a été réalisée. Cette thèse présente les résultats de cette évaluation.
