Диагноз ставится на основании клинических, рентгенологических и анатомопатологических сопоставлений, а лечение, в основном хирургическое, является предметом постоянных споров. Несмотря на достижения в области антенатального ультразвукового исследования, большинство БЛМ по-прежнему диагностируется на симптоматической стадии, что делает лечение более затяжным и сложным.Целью данного обзора было определение эпидемиологического, клинического, рентгенологического, терапевтического и эволюционного профиля БЛМ.
