Тиреоидэктомия - это хирургическая процедура, которая вызывает послеоперационную боль, что требует обезболивания.Двусторонняя поверхностная шейная блокада - это метод локорегиональной анестезии, при котором задействована шейная область, а значит, и щитовидная железа в частности.Ее преимущество в том, что она технически проста и не вызывает осложнений.Многие команды заинтересованы в этой методике, и некоторые уже продемонстрировали эффективность этого блока по данному показанию, в то время как другие пришли к выводу об отсутствии положительного эффекта.Мы провели данное исследование с целью оценки анальгетической эффективности поверхностной цервикальной блокады, выполняемой перед операцией на щитовидной железе, а также частоты возникновения нежелательных эффектов, связанных с выполнением блокады и/или использованием анальгетических препаратов.
