Поэтому особое внимание следует уделять взаимоотношениям поколений и соответствующим стратегиям управления человеческими ресурсами. Таким образом, предметом данной главы на первом этапе является представление поколений и выявление различий, которые наблюдаются в поведенческих характеристиках индивидов каждого поколения. На втором этапе, учитывая наличие в организациях рабочей силы разных поколений, исследуется, оказывают ли поколенческие различия значительное влияние на переменные организационного поведения в организациях, и если да, то каким образом и насколько сильным будет это влияние.
