Практика и реализация HR-функций является актуальной проблемой в индустрии RMG (Ready Made Garments) в Бангладеш. Множество вопросов задается в различных исследованиях и беседах. RMG - один из быстро развивающихся секторов экономики Бангладеш. Многие ученые рекомендовали заботиться об этом секторе с должным вниманием для улучшения экономики Бангладеш. Фокус-групповая дискуссия была проведена с целью изучения практики выполнения основных HR-функций в швейной промышленности Бангладеш. В фокус-групповой дискуссии приняли участие 14 человек, и результаты показали, что основными причинами отклонений в практике управления персоналом в различных областях являются привлечение иностранных покупателей, повышение ценности бренда организации, взаимоотношения между сотрудниками и руководством, необходимость минимизации затрат, сохранение экологичности окружающей среды, соблюдение политики аудита. Несколько факторов также были отсортированы по четырем основным функциям HR; это планирование занятости, объявление о работе, практика найма и отбора, ориентация, обучение и развитие, карьерный рост, гарантия занятости, лучшая зарплата, система оценки, различные политики отпусков, рабочая среда, вопросы здоровья и безопасности, транспортные средства, рабочее время.
