В книге описывается процесс синтеза полупроводника оксида металла и графена/rGO для применения в газовых датчиках с целью разработки эффективного датчика водорода при комнатной температуре с использованием наногибридной структуры гетероперехода n-ZnO/p-rGO в поддержку растущего спроса на недорогую, простую в изготовлении, долговечную, стабильную, исключительно чувствительную и селективную систему мониторинга водорода, особенно для обеспечения промышленной безопасности. В первой части книги обсуждаются газочувствительные тонкие пленки оксида цинка (ZnO) и изучается поведение чувствительности разработанных пленок к обнаружению водорода. Для нанесения тонкой пленки ZnO NP использовался недорогой метод химического осаждения. В этой книге были проведены исследования отклика датчика при различных концентрациях газа. Для синтеза графена/rGO использовался недорогой простой метод электрохимического отслоения. Рамановские спектры определяют кристалличность, а также количество слоев графена, присутствующих в образце.
