Церебральный венозный тромбоз (ЦВТ) или церебральный тромбофлебит - крайне редкая причина сосудистой головной боли. В последние годы они диагностируются все чаще благодаря огромным достижениям в области медицинской визуализации. Клинический спектр и хронологическое течение заболевания разнообразны. На ранних стадиях церебральный венозный тромбоз часто проявляется в виде изолированных головных болей. Другие клинические проявления церебрального венозного тромбоза зависят от размера и локализации тромбированных вен: эпилептические припадки, очаговые нарушения на фоне кровотечения вследствие венозного застоя или инфаркта, признаки внутричерепной гипертензии и психические расстройства. Особое место занимает тромбоз кавернозного синуса, который может сопровождаться экзофтальмом, параличом глазодвигательного аппарата и сенсорными нарушениями на территории, иннервируемой первой ветвью тройничного нерва. Благодаря ранней диагностике ХВН и своевременному лечению удается избежать последствий у подавляющего большинства пациентов.
