Lo mucho que impactan estas características, sin importar educación, jerarquía, género, nivel socio-económico, etc. Lo trascendente de esto es que, en el libro, conecto el contexto típico de lo que significan las organizaciones, y su entorno, con el enfoque interno humano de modo que el lector pueda ampliar su visión sobre el aprovechamiento de este conocimiento.
