In this book, the authors present a complete description of a hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle; they developed a round-the-clock water electrolysis process under the influence of light energy on a solar panel or light energy/sunlight from a light receiver transmitted via optical fiber to a combined anode made of a silicon semiconductor and a metal mesh of a photoelectrolyzer-generator, which made it possible to develop a new hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle.
