Ce travail contient des recherches théoriques et pratiques sur les nanotechnologies et les capteurs pyroélectriques. Une structure hybride (ZnO/PANI) a été étudiée. Les transistors à effet de champ à nanotubes de carbone (CNTFETs), ayant des propriétés électriques uniques : petit volume, réponse élevée, et hautes fréquences de travail, ont été développés en déterminant les paramètres de fabrication, qui augmentent le courant de travail. L’amélioration de l’électricité pyroélectrique du Fluorure de Poly VinyliDène (PVDF) a été étudiée en déterminant les meilleures inclusions d’incorporation, qui augmentent le coefficient pyroélectrique et le moment dipolaire. Les paramètres de fabrication du détecteur pyroélectrique IR en PVDF, qui réduisent le bruit, ont été déterminés. Les propriétés structurelles et électriques des nanoparticules de ZnO ont été étudiées.
