Inhaltsangabe:Introduction: Cette terminologie a pour sujet les lignes d’extrusion utilisées pour la fabrication de produits finis ou de semi-produits en matière plastique et leurs dispositifs. L’extrusion, mal connue, réunit divers procédés qui permettent la fabrication d’une multitude d’objets présents dans notre quotidien (cadres de fenêtre, clôtures, bouteilles, jouets, etc.). Cette terminologie permettra aux personnes intéressées par la plasturgie, domaine qui occupe une place prépondérante dans notre économie 1 , ainsi qu’aux traducteurs et aux interprètes confrontés à ce sujet, de découvrir ce principe de fabrication dont il n’existe quasiment aucun ouvrage de vulgarisation en langue française. Un membre de ma famille travaillant dans le domaine de la transformation des matières plastiques en collaboration avec l’entreprise allemande Fränkische Rohrwerke à Königsberg (Bavière) s’est demandé s’il était possible d’établir un glossaire français-allemand sur les lignes d’extrusion de tuyaux annelés (spécificité de cette entreprise) étant donné les difficultés rencontrées par cette firme lorsqu’elle est confrontée à une clientèle francophone. Ceci m’a incitée à choisir ce thème comme sujet de mémoire. La difficile recherche de documents relatifs à ces extrudeuses particulières m’a rapidement convaincue qu’il fallait étendre le champ d’investigation de ce travail. C’est la raison pour laquelle j’aborde dans ce mémoire diverses lignes d’extrusion, de l’extrudeuse au dispositif de sectionnement. L’extrusion plastique est un procédé relativement jeune et la terminologie employée dans ce domaine parfois aléatoire. Je suis partie du terme très général ligne d’extrusion pour réunir sous forme de liste les différents dispositifs caractéristiques des différents procédés d’extrusion. Les lignes d’extrusion sont toutes composées d’une extrudeuse et de différents éléments qui varient selon la matière à transformer ou le produit à fabriquer. J’ai d’emblée éliminé les li
