Благодаря всестороннему обзору литературы и эмпирическим интервью с сотрудниками туристических компаний в Тироле, анализируются текущие условия и определяются возможные меры по улучшению баланса между работой и личной жизнью. Полученные результаты дают ценные знания и практические рекомендации по улучшению качества жизни работников сферы туризма и, таким образом, повышению привлекательности отрасли.
