Die koronare Bypass-Operation (CABG) ist einer der am häufigsten durchgeführten chirurgischen Eingriffe. Während des postoperativen Zeitraums erhöht eine längere Bettruhe das Risiko von systemischen Komplikationen aufgrund von Immobilität. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die Auswirkungen von körperlicher Betätigung auf einem Fahrradergometer, ohne Fahrradergometer und NIV auf hämodynamische Variablen und den exspiratorischen Spitzenfluss (Peack Flow) bei älteren Patienten nach einer koronaren Bypass-Operation zu überprüfen. Körperliche Bewegung, sowohl mit als auch ohne Verwendung eines Fahrradergometers, ist bei älteren Patienten, die sich einer Revaskularisierung auf der Intensivstation unterziehen, sicher durchzuführen, und es sollte bei dieser Patientenpopulation mehr Sorgfalt bei der Verwendung von Überdruck-NIV walten.
