As with my first book, 'I’ll See You Tomorrow,' writing continues to be a focal point in my life. Poetry, which conveys feelings and emotions, tends to reach a person’s heart and soul. Many artists today use poetry for such expressions. Poetry is my chosen way of expressing my ideas. As I write, I try to incorporate these same expressions in my poems. When you read my poems written here, you will note several rhyme schemes. Though poetry does not have to rhyme, I find that it is a way of capturing the reader’s attention. Most of my poems are 'inspirational' with a message that, hopefully, will appeal to the reader who desires a closer walk with God. Other poems in the book are on the lighter side and will evoke laughter, sadness etc. I hope that you will enjoy this second book of poetry.
