My Pet Monkey Named Rue is a delightful and humorous rhyming children’s story. Rue the Blue Monkey is living with a young boy, and they have fun doing everything together, until one day when Rue causes trouble in the neighborhood while he was just trying to have fun. The boy sees that Rue is very happy in his new home, and he is sad to have to leave, but he knows he can always come back to visit him anytime in Jed’s Circus Show! My Pet Monkey Named Rue is about being different and being loved.
