JulioManuel Pagan Morales died on September 19, 1998, and my dearsister Adelin Milagros Pagan Morales died on February 17, 2023.Norma did all her academic studies in New York City, PuertoRico, and Canada. She worked in the City of New York PoliceDepartment. As an Educator, she worked in New York City Bd. of Education as an EnglishTeacher, in Puerto Rico Bd. of Education as an English teacher and in the Puerto RicoArmy National.She has teaching certifications for English as a Second Language and Teaching English asa Foreign Language.She had published fifteen books: Proud of My Puerto Rican Bequest, ¿Porque Soy Boricua?
