Hired by a wealthy land developer to find his missing daughter, his latest case brings him in the orbit of a disappeared young political firebrand in the dinosaur community, an opportunistic fellow triceratops bounty hunter and an ambitious detective hoping to ride Frank’s case to further his own career.He has to return the girl, dodge attempts on his life, avoid getting arrested and find out how a new dinosaur-friendly subdivision being built outside town ties into all of this.
