Questa partnership ha permesso di valutare e formare studenti, residenti e guardaparco durante le attività pratiche di visita, realizzando indagini con i turisti e formando i residenti attraverso corsi di 360 ore. Le indagini sono state condotte da studenti dell’Unesp-São Vicente e hanno rivelato il profilo del visitatore. Il progetto ha dimostrato la fattibilità dell’uso sostenibile di aree protette come i parchi per il turismo ecologico, dove turismo ed educazione vanno di pari passo.
