Moon Shadow is a snow-white Siberian husky who loves running in the yard and chasing squirrels. She would love to be friends with the squirrels, but they always run away. But one day after she uses her wily dog skills to chase a brown, bushy squirrel up a tree, Moon Shadow finally gets her opportunity. While perched on a branch next to Cloud the squirrel, Moon Shadow tells her she would like to be friends. But Cloud has never been friends with a dog-only other squirrels. As the husky and squirrel talk the day away, they soon discover that what once seemed impossible is not impossible at all!
