This work is a selection of essays excerpted from the column TAT Truth About Threats published on Substack by author Paul Cobaugh. The first edition of the book was written for an historic election in 2020. This new edition is relevant to the 2024 Presidential election. This book is a guide to help the voting public understand threats, both foreign and domestic, based on misinformation and disinformation. While these essays are in the public domain in the United States, as they appear on the Substack platform, we have published the original book and added more recent essays in two editions, for professors and students.
