A gravidez com localização indeterminada (GLI) representa um problema de diagnóstico e manejo. Vários biomarcadores têm sido propostos para estratificar o risco progressivo de GLI, sendo os mais utilizados a dosagem sérica de progesterona, a relação HCG e os modelos matemáticos M4 e M6. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o desempenho do modelo M4 e da razão HCG na estratificação de risco de gestações com localização indeterminada.Trata-se de um estudo unicêntrico, retrospectivo, descritivo e analítico, realizado durante um período de 6 anos e 4 meses, de 1º de janeiro de 2017 a 30 de abril de 2023, abrangendo 384 casos de gravidez de localização indeterminada registrados no serviço de ginecologia. e obstetrícia no hospital regional Ben Arous.Coletamos 384 casos de GLI. A idade média dos nossos pacientes foi de 32,8 anos. Os principais fatores de risco para gravidez ectópica (EUG) apresentados pelas nossas pacientes foram: história de EUG (11,3%), história de plastia tubária (4%) e história de infertilidade (6%).
