This is an intriguing story about Mobey, a white whale, who shrinks and shrinks when swimming in a fjord near a fish factory. He is accidentally sealed inside a sardine can and has to stay inside for over three years. His dear friend, a retired seaman, has many adventures during this time as he tries to release the whale from inside the sardine can. It is a mystical and magical story vividly illustrated by the author.
