Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Thema Mobbing. Dabei wurde untersucht, inwieweit Mobbing als Mechanismus der Menschenrechtsverletzung in militärischen Einrichtungen, insbesondere in der Militärpolizei des Bundesstaates Paraíba, vorkommt. Mobbing, das Hauptthema unserer Untersuchung, ist zwar scheinbar ein neues Thema, aber so alt wie die Existenz der Arbeit für die Menschheit. Neu ist jedoch das Ausmaß, die Schwere, die Banalisierung und die Art und Weise, wie das Thema in den Medien behandelt wird, sowie der kausale Zusammenhang mit der Arbeitswelt und, in jüngerer Zeit, mit dem öffentlichen Dienst.
