Este é um relatório sobre o processo de conceção e fabrico de um misturador automático de sumos. O objetivo desta máquina é proporcionar uma alternativa mais higiénica aos bares de sumos convencionais, poupando simultaneamente a quantidade excessiva de água utilizada na limpeza dos copos nesses estabelecimentos. A máquina é composta pelos seguintes subsistemas: sistema de armazenamento, sistema de mistura, sistema de bombagem, sistema de enxaguamento, sistema de controlo e componentes eletrónicos. Foi fabricado um protótipo que, embora não incluísse todas as funcionalidades do produto final, continha todos os principais sistemas mencionados.
