Studiare l’opera di Roberto Bolaño non è facile, poiché la produzione scientifica e la ricerca su di essa sono abbondanti, soprattutto in relazione ai suoi due romanzi più famosi: I detective selvaggi e 2666, quest’ultimo oggetto della presente ricerca.Questo pone già un primo problema, poiché quando si entra in un campo in cui ci sono così tanti contenuti precedenti, si corre il rischio di avvicinarsi all’opera partendo da un pregiudizio, che rende difficile la comprensione e la ricerca da una prospettiva diversa; tuttavia, la proposta di questa tesi è quella di avvicinarsi a 2666 partendo dallo stupore, cercando di esplorare altri approcci.Questa ricerca parte da uno degli schizzi presenti in una ristampa di 2666 pubblicata da Alfaguara nel 2019, che sono stati presi dall’Archivio Bolaño; va notato che la selezione specifica di quello schizzo è stata fatta perché è il disegno della struttura tubolare, che è ciò che verrà studiato in questo lavoro.
