Minxy’s Spark Toolkit is a gentle, therapeutic companion to I’m Glad You’re You, created to help children explore emotional regulation through movement, colour, drawing, and body‑based awareness. Designed for sensitive and neurodivergent children, the toolkit offers calm, practical ways to understand big feelings and build confidence in their inner world.Each page invites children to notice where feelings sit in the body, express emotions through drawing feelings, blend safe colours with feeling colours, and use simple breathing exercises and grounding skills to return to centre.
