Dr Susan Musikanth is a counselling psychologist in private practice. Her areas of research and experience are stress, depression and interpersonalrelationships, at work and at home. She has a particular interest in the well-beingof health professionals, entrepreneurs, local government bodies and the general public.Susan has worked extensively with sportsmen and women to balance their stresses and to maximise theirperformance; this mainly through deep muscle relaxation, hypnotherapy and more. She has, over the years, run manystress management and wellness workshops and is the author of Stress Matters, Depression Matters, MarriageMatters, Divorce Matters and Mind Your Golf. All of these are currently being updated.Susan is an entrepreneur and a foodie who lives and works in Cape Town. She also loves to host guests in her beautifulholiday home in Langebaan.
