Shari has always been drawn to spirituality. A lifelong student of metaphysics and healing modalities, she was nonetheless surprised when an unexpected presence made itself known. After meditating one day, she felt a sparkly, joyous, loving sensation-and then heard a voice telling her to write. As she reached for a pen, the voice gently nudged her toward the computer instead.Puzzled but intrigued, she began to type. The words flowed effortlessly, filled with warmth, humor, and wisdom. When she showed the message to her husband, neither of them knew what to make of it. But more messages followed, day after day, becoming the highlight of her routine and the start of a magical, ongoing connection with the beings she came to know as The Ones. The Ones are kind, joyful, patient, loving-and unexpectedly funny. Though Shari never planned to write a book, she came to believe these messages were meant to be shared. They offer gentle guidance for anyone seeking to grow, heal, and evolve in the way that’s right for them.
