Manuscrito, hasta ahora inédito, compuesto en 1740 por el cacique zapoteco Patricio Antonio López con motivo de la llegada del virrey Pedro de Castro y Figueroa. Con él buscaba atraer su benevolencia para que se hiciera justicia a los indios de su nación. Además del poema, el autor incluye copia de una cédula real relativa a los derechos de los indios nobles, copia de una carta que detalla matrimonios entre nobles indígenas del Perú y miembros de la más alta nobleza española y un escrito apologético que quedó inconcluso.
